 The scientific and technical journal “Voprosy Materialovedeniya” / Materials Science Issues is registered with the Ministry for Press, Broadcasting and Mass Communications of Russian Federation, on July 22, 2002 (the certificate No PI 77-13228). Changes into company’s charter were made by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) in 2018.

 

Periodical’s brief history

 

The journal “Voprosy Materialovedeniya” / Materials Science Issues was founded and published by CRISM “Prometey” since 1995.

 

Since 1998, the journal “Voprosy Materialovedeniya” is reviewed and included in the databases of the VINITI RAS.

 

The Presidium of VAK (High Attestation Commission) of Russian Ministry of Education decided to include the journal into the list of editions for publications of competitors in demand for academic degrees on January 17, 2003. The decision was reviewed and reaffirmed not long ago by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation (prikaz.Minobrnauki RF from 03.06.2015. No 560).

 

Since 2006, the journal is abstracted in the Science Electronic Library (eLibrary.RU). Since 2011, the best papers selected from the previous issues are translated into English and published by Pleiades Publishing as a separate volume in the united edition “Inorganic Materials: Applied Research” (ISSN PRINT: 2075-1133, ISSN ONLINE: 2075-115H). The journal appears in the database of Ulrichs’ Periodicals Directory, and RSCI Collection presented on the Web of Science platform.

 

We invite scientists to cooperate with the authors of the journal “Voprosy Materialovedeniya”. The Editorial Board accepts materials that have a high scientific level of relevance, corresponding to the thematic orientation of the journal, the guidelines for authors and ethical obligations.
