Research and Development (R&D)
Developments of CRISM "Prometey" NRC "Kurchatov Institute" are firstly new materials developed
by the Institute, technologies of their industrial production,
processing and welding technologies, materials engineering support of products in service as well as
author supervision of material production technology.
We develop and improve different groups of materials:
structural steels and alloys, titanium and aluminium alloys, nonmetallic and composite materials, functional materials
and nanomaterials, welding materials, coatings.
Materials and technologies developed by our Institute are successfully used in many industries:
shipbuilding, nuclear power engineering,
oil and gas extraction and processing industry, machine building, medicine, agricultural industry, defence industry etc.
